Description

Automatic Optical Inspection techniques are used to check and record profile measurements, inline diameter, straightness, eccentricity, dimple and burr height and length measurement.

Applications

Used to measure and record tube diameters in line on the mill. In post mill applications tube can be inspected for end profile, straightness, ecentricity, dimple and burr height and length.
