Description

This cutting method is the double cut or sometimes called nick and shear method. The single cut option is also available.The die set is moved and controlled by a sevo motor and the press crank in also controlled by a servo motor. Suitable for cutting raou.

Applications

Suitable for all Tube and pipe mills up to 127mm diameter. In all materials.

Advantages

For high speed, accurate and reliable cutting there is nothing better. There is no clutch in the drive to the press cranks. Dimple free cut, minimum burr, speeds up to 250 mpm and press force up to 200 tonnes.
