Klearcut is a milling type flying cut off that uses two milling saws to cut to length pipe and structural section tubes.The cut finishes eliminates the need for facing.
This machine is suitable for cutting pipe and structural sections from 60mm to 660mm and wall thickness up to 22mm at mill speeds up to 80 mpm.
This is a very rugged and rigid machine that uses Tipped milling saws to cut the pipe to provide a machined finish. All drives are AC Servo for accuracy and precision. Cycle times are fast. The rigid wall style bed provides a flat floor around the machine.
