Swarf free cutting is possible for round tube and pipe using the Rotary Disc type cut off. The cutting action is achied by using two cutting discs that rotate around the tube or pipe and progress through the wall thickness.
Suitable for round tubes or pipes in all materials up to 100 mm in diameter.
Produces no swarf and is a releatively cheap form of cutting.does not prduce a dimple but a small burr is produced that is easily removed.
Standard designs available that can be modified to meet customers specific requirements.
